A multi-center, double-blind, randomized, parallel group, two period study to evaluate the efficacy and safety of oral doses of an extended release combination of hydrocodone 15 mg and acetominophen 1000mg (Lortab XR), extended release acetominophen 1000mg tablets, and placebo in the treatment of moderate to severe pain in subjects undergoing orthopedic surgery.

Clinical Trial Protocol Bayer Corporation. A prospective, randomized,double blind, multi-center trial assessing the safety and efficacy of sequential (intravenous/oral) BAY 12-8039 (moxifloxacin) 400mg every 24 hours compared to intravenous piperacillin/ tazobactam 3.0/.375g every 6 hours followed by oral amoxicillin/ clavulanic acid suspension 800mg every 12 hours for the treatment of patients with complicated skin and skin structure infections.
